Better Than Yesterday is a challenge to ourselves to heal our relationship with food and exercise. It is a challenge to show up for ourselves and push ourselves EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
Better Than Yesterday Journal is a tool to track your progress, motivate you, and hold you accountable to be Better Than Yesterday.
The Better Together (BT) Community is a group of people on the same journey as you are! The BT Community members are there to rally together to motivate and encourage you, challenge you, and even offer some tough love if needed.

My weight has always been up and down and I have always struggled with how I viewed my body. I’ve tried every diet and every workout to hopefully be happy with how I look one day. What I didn’t understand all those years is those trendy diets and workouts are not the healthy mindset I should’ve been embracing.
When I made a mindset shift from doing super restrictive Yo-Yo dieting and extreme workouts to fueling my body because I respect it, I saw healthy results both physically and mentally. I made better choices daily and started to love how I looked regardless of the number on the scale. I felt better and grew more confident in myself.
I have struggled with body image and the never-ending cycle of trying to keep up with diet and fitness cultures like you have. I am not a certified fitness coach nor am I a registered dietician. I am someone, like you, that has battled with their relationship with food and exercise and a healthy mindset toward their body image. I am passionate about helping and motivating others so I created Better Than Yesterday as a tool for you to use to start leading a healthy lifestyle also and to share our experiences! My hope is, that this is a way for you to be accountable to yourself and to challenge yourself to be Better Than Yesterday in everything you do.
